Dr. Stringer is the President of V.R. Camelot Inc., which is a national Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarders corporation providing ship spares, general merchandise, U.S. Customs brokerage, freight forwarding, freight services, warehousing and logistics services. He serves as a U.S. Customs freight forwarding broker and is responsible for reviewing documents and confirming government specifications for vessels entering the country. He is affiliated with the International Police Association, the A.T.L.A., the I.N.L.W.A. and the A.S.I.S.
Born on July 24, 1941 in Chesapeake, Virginia, Dr. Stringer obtained a M.S. in Criminal Justice and a J.D. from Western State College of Law in 1998. He then obtained a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University in 2002. Previously, he served as a Peace Officer in Los Angeles County, California.
Dr. Stringer is a Certified Yoga Instructor and wrote a book titled “Yogi on the Green”. He wrote it to help golfers of all abilities to hopefully improve on their physical and mental game. Dr. Stringer states, “As noted in many Medical Journals, when one improves on their physical being, they also improve on their mental awareness.” It is available in a Kindle edition on Amazon.com. In his spare time, Victor enjoys golf and yoga.
